Compliance Warranty

EHR stands behind its concurrent admission review decisions and provides protection well beyond the initial decision making process. EHR hospital clients receive a warranty every time they have a case reviewed concurrently by EHR.

If EHR performs a Medicare concurrent admission review and the hospital subsequently receives a medical necessity denial by a QIO, FI, MAC or RAC, EHR will provide the first three levels of appeal – including Rebuttal, Redetermination and Reconsideration Levels – at no additional charge. If the hospital and EHR mutually agree that the case should go before an ALJ or the DAB, EHR will pursue these levels at a discounted cost.
